Our one-story building is designed for comfort and connection. Whether you are booking a single unit or the entire property for a group of 14, you’ll have access to our private on-site oasis.

On-Site Pool: Cool off in our private, unheated pool (shared only between the four units on the property).

Outdoor Hangout: Enjoy the Florida sunshine with a shared patio area, fire pit, and a first-come, first-served propane grill.

Modern Essentials: Every unit features smart locks for easy self-check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a coffee maker to start your morning.

Parking for All: We offer a large driveway, additional parking around the back of the building, and easy street parking.

Unit 1 (1 Bed / 1 Bath): Comfortably sleeps 4 with a private bedroom featuring a plush bed plus a pull-out sofa in the living area. Includes a full kitchen.

Unit 2 (2 Bed / 1 Bath): Comfortably sleeps 4 across two separate bedrooms. Includes a full kitchen.

Unit 3 (2 Bed / 1 Bath): Comfortably sleeps 4 across two separate bedrooms. Includes a full kitchen.

Unit 4 (Studio): Our cozy, efficient space that sleeps 2 on a comfortable pull-out sofa. Includes a convenient kitchenette.

We embrace our neighborhood’s industrial roots and urban character. This is an active, diverse area perfectly positioned between the Port and the city center. While there is no laundry on-site, there is a laundromat located conveniently within the community. If you want a quiet, manicured suburb, this isn't it—but if you want a central, "locals-only" waterfront spot near the heart of Tampa, you’ve found it.
